The human cervical vertebrae have a total of 7 vertebrae, and they have to undertake the task of rotating the head alone while supporting the head that weighs 3 to 5 kilograms. Zhu Yuefeng introduced that as a connection between the head and the body, once the cervical spine has a problem compressing the arteries, the lack of blood supply will accelerate the aging process, and this is only the tip of the iceberg of cervical spine problems. Cervical spondylosis can also bring dizziness and nausea, lack of concentration, memory loss, chest tightness and palpitations, indigestion, limb pain and other adverse reactions, and even lead to stroke, numbness of hands and feet, high paralysis and so on.

Dr. Wang Liao introduced that the knee joint is the most complex human movement joint and the largest load-bearing joint in the human body. When standing, the knee joint load is 100% of the human body weight, 200% when walking, 400% when running, and 600% and 800% when playing ball and squatting. Knee joints often have varying degrees of pain for various reasons, and their "good times" are only about 15 years. At a time when the new trend of exercise leading health is becoming more and more popular, how to protect the knee joint during exercise and prolong its "good time"?

Wang Liao stressed that the degree of wear and tear of the knee joint is not only related to age, but also often related to their own weight and bad living habits. Factors such as excessive obesity, wearing high heels, long-term squats, as well as mountain climbing and climbing, can put great pressure on the knee joint and accelerate wear.
