White rock plot transfer conditions
The two parcels of G and H1 in the Baishi area must be bid by the same bidder for the merger, and the H1 parcel must provide 47,668 square meters of residential resettlement housing, which must be completed within 36 months.
At the same time, the bidder must sign the "Agreement on the Construction of Xinshi Road Primary School without Repayment" with the district government, and also build a 12,260 square meter primary school, which will be delivered within 12 months after obtaining the construction permit for the construction project.
Third, the bidder must purchase the overall planning plan for the White Rock-Timken Area Renovation Project.
The transaction of these two plots came with some ups and downs, as this was the second listing of plots G and H1 in the White Rock Renovation Area – when the sale of the plots was suspended for "archaeological reasons" when there were only 3 days left before the delisting after the first listing.
Fortunately, this did not disrupt the pace of the old reform of the White Rock area, and today's official delisting of the two pieces of land also marks that the first phase of the White Stone Old Reform Project, which has been interrupted for 8 years, has finally made significant progress.
The transformation of the White Rock Plot
Baishi District stretches east to Qingnian South Road, west to the eastern border of the Ordnance Station of the Garrison District, south to the current mountain, and north to Baishi Road, covering an area of 959 acres, with a total of 9457 residential households and 155 non-residential households.
According to the previous overall planning plan of Baishi District, the total construction area of the entire area is 1.4467 million square meters, and the total planned investment is about 8.86 billion yuan.
The renovation plan is divided into eight plots A-H, and two phases are planned to be completed. The first phase of the project is E, G, H three plots, E plot is the Lido project, which has been occupied.
As a legacy of the city center, the transformation of the White Rock precinct has always been a concern, and the first phase of the White Rock Renovation (G, H plot) project began to be collected in 2013.
However, due to the inability to contact nearly 200 indigenous residents, the cancellation procedures of the original land certificate and the original real estate certificate were delayed, resulting in a suspension period of up to 8 years for the entire project.
