Tang Qisheng, academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, Zhang Xianliang, president of the China Distant Water Fisheries Association, and experts attending the meeting conducted in-depth discussions and exchanges on artificial breeding and stocking of salmon and cold water aquaculture, and unanimously agreed that Hunchun has good location, policy and resource advantages, and plays an important role in promoting the construction of the "Ice Silk Road", building a community of marine destiny in Northeast Asia, and promoting the revitalization of Jilin and Northeast China. At the same time, it said that it will go all out to support Hunchun in developing the marine economy, explore multilateral cooperation models in the marine economy, and accelerate the construction of the Hunchun Marine Economic Development Demonstration Zone.
Vice Governor of the Provincial Government Ah Dong attended the forum and pointed out that the key to building the Changjitu Development and Opening Pilot Zone is to speed up the construction of the Hunchun Marine Economic Development Demonstration Zone, promote international cooperation in the Tumen River region, and make Jilin an important intersection of domestic and international double circulation. The participation of the China Distant Water Fisheries Association in the development of Hunchun marine economy is a major event in the construction process of the Hunchun Marine Economic Development Demonstration Zone, which is conducive to accelerating Hunchun into a new growth point and an important functional platform for China's marine economic development.
