Crocodile fish, known in English as Crocodile fish (Cyperaceae), is a hidden master lurking on the bottom of the sea, with a crocodile-like head and scales on its body.

It is a group of flatheads in the order Flatheads, a small group of those in the order Catfish. Similar to the family Catfishidae , the head is usually spiny or serrated. The oxtail has a long body, a flattened head, eyes protruding above, a large mouth, a protruding jaw, and a huge mouth that can swallow large prey, and is a typical predator. It is a benthic fish that feeds on small rolls, crabs, shrimp, small fish, etc. The orbital oxtail is the larger of the family fish species and often seen in fish markets, covered with dark brown spots, and eight distinct dark spots on the back.
Oxtail fish not only has a body color very close to the gray-brown sand, but also has the same ecological habits as the dogfish and flounders living in the sandy mud, often burying themselves in the sand and only exposing their eyes to detect prey. It usually waits for the rabbit to wait for the unsuspecting small fish and shrimp crabs to pass, and then jumps up and swallows it.
