In 2010, after graduating from the "Wuhan Institute of Physical Education", Lai Xuanzhi came to Qixing Primary School, as the first college student teacher since the establishment of the school, he felt the responsibility on his shoulders - under such simple conditions, what kind of achievements can be achieved? In 2012, the Huadu District Education Bureau comprehensively promoted quality education in urban and rural primary and secondary schools, and jump rope was vigorously promoted as a sports project to enhance students' physical fitness. Lai Xuanzhi did not know anything about jump rope, although he practiced jump rope every day before dawn, but it was not as simple as imagined to jump well, he was large, and he failed to take the jump rope test three times. Lai Xuanzhi then plunged into the study of jump rope, in order to learn a movement, he had to watch a video dozens of times. In a year, he read more than 200 books, studied thousands of videos at home and abroad, and was often stimulated to tears by computer screens.
After an all-night study, Lai Xuanzhi came up with a semi-squat jump method to improve the speed of jump rope, and before dawn he taught the newly studied movements to the students on the playground, and the children miraculously jumped more than ten times than usual, and this leap made the jump rope team greatly encouraged.
