Phase III project

The third phase of the ecological restoration project of the Tuotuo River (Luquan section) is 6.707 km long, the greening range is 100 to 150 meters outside the opening on the main trough, and the main structure is 1 bypass road, 1 flood water road, 1 overflow weir of the water storage building, the Baihong Flying Heron Ecological Zone and the Stream Lake Area Project.

Among them, the Baihong Feilu Ecological Zone from the Huangbizhuang Reservoir to the 232 Provincial Road, the length of 4.0km, the landscape covers an area of about 433 acres, the Baihong Feilu Ecological Zone set up leisure square, bamboo and wood corridors, football fields, basketball courts and children's play facilities.
