On the afternoon of November 18, Jia Yu, deputy director of the Provincial Party Committee Veteran Cadre Bureau, and his party conducted field research and guidance on the retirement work of our school, and Ran Qingguo, secretary of the Party Committee of our school, reported on the work of retired teachers and staff.
Ran Qingguo first introduced the history of the establishment of the school, the situation of running the school, and the achievements made by the special education major since its establishment. Subsequently, he reported on the basic situation of retired faculty and staff of our school, Ran Qingguo from the political construction as the command, comprehensively strengthen party building; strengthen the bottom line thinking, tighten the responsibility for epidemic prevention and control; encourage old cadres to combine their own advantages, take the initiative to give play to the residual heat; take activities as the carrier to enrich the cultural and entertainment life of old comrades; do a good job in service guarantee work, let old comrades enjoy their old age life; grasp the construction of platforms, promote the informatization, precision and standardization of old cadres' work; strengthen organizational leadership, Seven aspects, such as strengthening the construction of our own team, introduced the main work of our school's retirement.
At the same time, Ran Qingguo pointed out some shortcomings in the existing work and stressed that our university needs to further strengthen the party building work, improve the construction of the university for the elderly, and improve the innovative spirit of service management. In view of the above deficiencies, he proposed the next step of work ideas, that is, to strengthen organizational construction, enhance cohesion, appeal, improve the construction of universities for the elderly, ensure that the elderly have learning, innovate work ideas, and accurately improve service quality.
Jia Yu affirmed the work of retired faculty and staff of our school, saying that the work foundation of our school is good, and the work is meticulous and practical. He stressed that the retirement work should adhere to the guidance of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, deeply study the spirit of the meeting of the provincial veteran cadre bureau, implement the various treatment and policies of retired teachers and staff in accordance with the requirements of comprehensively doing a good job in the work of veteran cadres, take service as the center, highlight the key points, pay close attention to implementation, conscientiously perform work duties, and achieve one-to-one and accurate service.
Finally, members of the research team of the Bureau of Veteran Cadres of the Provincial Party Committee interviewed retired veteran comrades of Suihua College one-on-one.
