Chao Talk 2020 丨Sanhe Doors and Windows Feng Bo: Customer-centric to achieve sustainable development

Q: What are you most concerned about in 2020?

A: In 2020, the world experienced the COVID-19 pandemic, which not only brought about a brief decline in the market economy, but also changed consumers' shopping habits. It is undoubtedly a huge challenge for enterprises: how can traditional enterprises embrace the Internet? How do existing channels upgrade? How to build a data platform for consumers? And so on, these are the problems that we urgently need to solve.

Q: What are the most important considerations for 2020?

A: First of all, the entire market is not short of employment opportunities, what is missing is the condition that personal ability matches the job demand, and many talents cannot create value in existing positions, so it is difficult to retain talents. More enterprises are in accordance with the traditional model to plan the organizational structure, I think in the new form, we must take our consumers as the center, let the brand occupy the consumer mind, from the chain around the connection of consumers, service consumers, improve consumer satisfaction to build the organizational structure of our enterprises, find the core of brand management, subtract unnecessary ineffective work, improve the sense of achievement of employees, so as to achieve the sustainable development of the brand.

Q: What are you most convinced of in 2020?

A: I think the credo is customer centricity. As a business operator, there are two customers facing, one is a consumer and the other is a dealer. For consumers, we need to always maintain a link with consumers and continue to create a better home life experience for consumers; for dealers, we need to create conditions for dealers to be sustainable and profitable - better products, updated marketing models, etc. Only by taking the customer as the center and continuing to serve the two customers of the enterprise, then the enterprise can form a lasting competitiveness.
