In order to give full play to the exemplary and leading role of backbone teachers, strengthen inter-regional teacher communication and exchanges, and promote the professional growth of teachers, from October 20 to October 22, at the invitation of Weifang Educational Science Research Institute, the Provincial Academy of Educational Sciences pushed Li Qiang, a teacher from Linyi Sixth Middle School, to participate in the "Sending Teaching assistants" activity and held open classes.

In this activity, Mr. Li Qiang taught the review class of the third chapter of the eighth grade physics version of "Object Change".
Teacher Li Qiang first used the touching fragments of the ice sculpture in the movie "Chosin Lake" to introduce the subject, which not only stimulated the students' interest in learning, but also educated the students on emotions, attitudes and values; then, Teacher Li Qiang used a metal spoon to "disappear" in hot water, leading to the concept of "melting", and then carried out the experiment of cold water "pouring" hot water on, especially the link of making dry ice on the spot with a fire extinguisher, which pushed the whole class to a climax, not only opened the eyes of the students. Even the teachers who attended the class were surprised; the homework that followed reflected the spirit of "double subtraction".
In the evaluation link, the provincial physics teacher Xue Yuan gave Mr. Li Qiang a very high evaluation, especially emphasizing that Mr. Li Qiang was at the forefront in the innovation of experiments and the design of lesson types, and Mr. Li Qiang not only represented the style of the six middle schools, but also showed the horizontal status of Linyi physics in the province.
After the open class, Teacher Li Qiang said: "The achievement of the results is not only my personal credit, but also special thanks to Li Chunguang, a physics teacher and researcher in Linyi City, Li Jianyi, a physics teacher and researcher in Lanshan District, Wang Qinglin, Wang Hongbao, Zhou Shenghui, Bai Junliang, and the 'big coffee' in the physics community of Linyi City." As early as the afternoon of October 2, everyone gathered together to grind lessons, listen to lectures, and evaluate lessons, and only then did they achieve such gratifying results. This lesson is also the result of our joint grinding of Linyi physicists. (Correspondent Li Qiang, Zhou Shenghui)
