For Shi Yunkun, the quality of tea can not only rely on word of mouth to judge, but also be recognized by authoritative institutions. In terms of tea making, in accordance with the traditional Pu'er tea making process, in accordance with the standards of organic products, he implemented the quality system and operating procedures for picking, primary production, processing, guarantee and sales, and established a special line for the processing and production of organic ancient tree tea.
