author:Yanzhao Metropolis Daily

Liu Sisi, a nurse in charge of Shijiazhuang Second Hospital, rushed to Wuhan early last year as a member of the Hebei Support Hubei Medical Team. On January 5 and January 6, she followed her teammates to Gaocheng District twice to support local nucleic acid sampling efforts. She also recounted some of her unforgettable experiences during nucleic acid sampling in Gaocheng District. The following is Liu Sisi's self-statement:

On January 5, I received a notice at 2:00 a.m. and set off at 4:30 a.m. to Daciyi Village, Zengcun Town, Gaocheng District, for nucleic acid testing. Our team is composed of 40 people, many of them are post-90s, or even post-95 girls, what a young face, but I don't see a trace of fear on their faces, and I believe they are the best when they see their epidemic training and assessment results. Although the weather was cold, everyone did not delay a second, worked continuously for ten hours in one breath, and completed nearly 10,000 nucleic acid tasks! Recognized and praised by the villagers, we all laughed. On the way back, I saw that they were all asleep, the elderly nurses were particularly distressed, as their predecessors I also felt extremely honored for this, and I also knew that none of their complaints were for any reason, it was precisely because this land that gave birth to me and raised me needed us, and we did not allow this land to be invaded by any kind! Today our slogan has only one to ensure safety, quality and efficiency to complete the task! Not a single person is left behind!

At the beginning of last year, I participated in the aid of Hubei, I never thought that my hometown was invaded by the epidemic, this battle I am obliged, the experience of Wuhan support left me with a lot of valuable knowledge and experience, this time I can participate in the battle of my hometown also know the heavy responsibility on my shoulders, will complete the task. This time the main collection of gaocheng area villages, dense population, large workload, thanks to the leadership and support of the village branch secretary and local grass-roots cadres seamless link, skillful cooperation to carry out carpet testing, in order to ensure that the villagers do not gather and do not miss, with the most time-saving and accurate requirements to carry out mobile office sampling.

Our hospital usually attaches great importance to epidemic prevention and control work, regularly carries out epidemic prevention and control knowledge, business training, sampling operation we are very skilled, at the same time we are well aware of the responsibility on our shoulders. Although the weather is very cold, we are particularly serious, and with the careful cooperation of the villagers, the sampling standards and the arrival have been recognized and praised by the villagers. The staff and villagers in the village actively helped to coordinate, informed the villagers to collect at the sampling point in an orderly manner, and for the elderly, young, and villagers with limited mobility, we all went into the household to collect, and the villagers were very supportive of our work. On the 5th, among the villagers I sampled, the oldest was a 96-year-old man, the youngest was a child who had just been born 18 days ago, when I entered the door, the child was sleeping, and when I collected, I was trying to be as gentle as possible under the premise of ensuring quality, until I finished picking out, the baby was still sleeping, and the child's parents thanked me.

During the collection process, an uncle looked at the name on my protective clothing and asked me: "Are you Liu Sisi of the Second Municipal Hospital?" Have you ever been to Wuhan? After getting my affirmative reply, he said, "It's really you, I've seen you on TV!" Subsequently, he excitedly said to the villagers around him: "You see, the support Wuhan girls are coming, they are all coming, Wuhan can be good, we can also be good!" Don't be afraid, hurry up and do nucleic acid! "I didn't expect our arrival to give everyone so much encouragement! Special thanks to the fathers and fellow villagers for their encouragement and support! Let's fight together to fight the epidemic!

On January 6, 40 medical staff from the Second Hospital of Shijiazhuang City gathered again and set off to Gangshang Town, Gaocheng District, for nucleic acid sampling, and the main area of our 15 medical staff was Xiaofeng Village in Gangshang Town. Sampling is a mixed collection, before the work began, the medical staff first communicated with the village cadres, everyone discussed the fastest and most convenient work process, and then began to work in a group of 2 people, the local 65-year-old village doctor became my assistant, and I worked together, the old village doctor has always insisted on helping me work, I used the throat swab to sample, she twisted the reagent bottle cap, broke the swab handle, capping, she insisted on working with me for 6 hours continuously, before going to the toilet. I asked her to rest, but after a while she stood by my side again and continued to fight with me for another 4 hours.

In Gaocheng, I gained a lot of emotions, in the middle of winter, the outdoor temperature reached minus ten degrees, and the wind was also very strong. According to the requirements of epidemic prevention, every time a person is collected, medical staff need to use hand disinfection, and the cold hand disinfectant is blown by the wind, and the hand freezes instantly, completely unable to move, and does not listen to the call. Villagers took hot water from their homes and put it in bottles to warm my hands. There was an aunt who had been enthusiastic about taking me into the house to take samples, help coordinate the work, and I learned from the villagers' conversations that the villager's daughter was also a medical worker and had also supported Hubei last spring.

As a health care worker, it is my duty and mission to fight the disease. Besides, this time it was for their hometown. I believe that we Yan Zhao children do not have a hurdle that cannot be overcome, and the people in Zhuangli will definitely be able to win this battle. We rushed ahead, but there were ten million people behind us! Shijiazhuang people must be ok! ”
