Beijing News Express (reporter Wang Jun Xu Meihui) today (January 10), at the opening ceremony of the Third Session of the 13th CPPCC Beijing Municipal Committee, 7 small guests have attracted a lot of attention, they are "post-00s" high school students from different schools in Beijing, and will observe the plenary session of the CPPCC Municipal Committee.

It is worth noting that these children also brought their own "simulated proposals" to the meeting, and these "simulated proposals" are likely to "hold hands" with the members, become an important reference for the members' proposals, and finally take root.

This year's children brought the topic of simulated proposals to focus on the hot spots around them. Ren Yu's mock proposal from Shunyi Niulanshan No. 1 Middle School is to promote the prevention and control of cervical spondylosis among middle school students in Beijing.

"I found that many of my classmates, especially after going to middle school, will have more or less cervical spine discomfort, and even some people have cervical spondylosis."

With the help of teachers and classmates, Ren Yu completed a survey of some schools in Shunyi District and put forward specific suggestions, "I hope that more people can prevent cervical spondylosis like preventing myopia and obesity." ”

Li Junhao, 16, was also in the observation group. He is from Beijing No. 80 Middle School, a senior year this year, because he participated in the "Mock Proposal" competition, this year was selected to observe the Third Session of the 13th CPPCC Beijing Municipal Committee.

Li Junhao introduced that in September last year, his school set up a "mock CPPCC" club, which gathered many students to participate in it.

"What impressed me most was that I once accompanied the Municipal Standing Committee to accompany the Municipal Standing Committee to inspect the 12345 citizen hotline, and then went to observe a seminar to see everyone discuss the relevant situation and problems obtained from the inspection of the 12345 citizen hotline and discuss how to solve them." Li Junhao said.

"I used to be able to learn about the issues from political books, but now I can experience it firsthand, to watch, to participate, and it's a very good experience for me." Li Junhao said.

Li Junhao's "simulation proposal" is closely related to student life, and he himself feels that his current "simulation proposal" is not perfect enough, laughing that it is not convenient to disclose.

The "post-00s" bring their own "simulation proposals" to the meeting, which is actually not new.

According to incomplete statistics, at the first and second plenary sessions of the 13th Beijing Municipality, 42 proposals formed by student simulation proposals were submitted for filing at the two sessions of Beijing Municipality and submitted to the relevant committees and bureaus for handling, of which the simulation proposals of 13 college and middle school students who observed the plenary session were all adopted by the committee members as proposal materials, and submitted after combing, refining and revising. At the first and second plenary sessions of the 13th National People's Congress, 10 proposals and 1 proposal formed by students' "simulated proposals" were formally submitted and received wide attention.

It is worth noting that this exploration is moving toward institutionalization. This afternoon, Jilin Jilin, chairman of the Beijing Municipal Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, stressed in his speech at the opening ceremony that supports the institutionalization of youth simulation of the CPPCC.
