On October 9, Li Chun, member of the Standing Committee of the Municipal Party Committee and secretary of the Political and Legal Committee, presided over the third plenary (expanded) meeting of the Political and Legal Committee of the Municipal Party Committee in 2021. Li Zhenping, vice mayor and director of the Municipal Public Security Bureau, Zhang Li, president of the Municipal Intermediate People's Court, and Huang Yingjie, chief procurator of the Municipal People's Procuratorate, attended the meeting.

The meeting studied General Secretary Xi Jinping's signed article published in the latest issue of Qiushi magazine, "Make good use of red resources, continue the red bloodline, and strive to create new achievements worthy of history and the people"; convey the spirit of the third plenary session of the Political and Legal Committee of the Provincial Party Committee; and study and review "Several Measures for the Municipal Law System to Serve and Ensure the Construction of a First-Class International Tourism City".
