He has successively served as the chief of the Propaganda Section and the Propaganda and Education Section of the Propaganda Department of the Nujiang Prefecture CPC Committee, the deputy director of the Nujiang Prefecture Cpc Committee External Propaganda Office and the Information Office of the Prefecture People's Government, the chief of the Propaganda Section of the Propaganda Department of the Nujiang Prefecture CPC Committee, the director of the Nujiang Prefecture CPC Committee External Propaganda Office, the deputy director of the Propaganda Department of the Nujiang Prefecture CPC Committee, the deputy director of the Nujiang Prefecture Tourism Development Committee, and the deputy editor-in-chief of Nujiang Newspaper. He is currently the secretary of the party group and deputy editor-in-chief of Nujiang Newspaper.

He Pengyan, male, Bai ethnicity, Lanping, Yunnan, born in November 1978, university degree, member of the Communist Party of China, joined the work in October 2000. He has successively served as a member of the Standing Committee of the Gongshan County Discipline Inspection Commission and director of the Law Enforcement Supervision Office, the chief of the Normative Document Filing and Review Section of the Legislative Affairs Committee of the Standing Committee of the Nujiang Prefecture People's Congress, and the chief of the Internal Judicial and Normative Document Filing and Review Section of the Legislative Affairs Committee of the Nujiang Prefecture People's Congress. He is currently the chief of the supervision section of the Legal System and Supervision and Judicial Commission of the Nujiang Prefecture People's Congress.
After research, the comrade plans to serve as deputy director of the Election Liaison Work Committee of the Standing Committee of the Nujiang Prefecture People's Congress (probationary for one year).
He Xuetao, male, Bai ethnicity, Yunnan Yunlong people, born in February 1972, graduated from the Party School, member of the Communist Party of China, joined the work in July 1995. He has successively served as deputy chief of the social section and director of the key office of the Nujiang Prefecture Development and Reform Commission. He is currently the chief of the investment section of the Nujiang Prefecture Development and Reform Commission.

Tang Jianxiong, male, Lisu ethnicity, Lushui people, Yunnan, born in September 1974, party school degree, non-partisan, joined the work in August 1994. He has successively served as the deputy chief of the financial section, the deputy director of the office, the chief of the township enterprise section of the Nujiang Prefecture Agricultural Bureau, the deputy director of the Nujiang Prefecture Cash Crop Management Station (suspended post), the leader of the village-based task force in Deqing Village, Zhongpai Township, Lanping County, the squadron leader of the grass-roots party building and poverty alleviation combat team, and the chief of the industrial poverty alleviation section of the Nujiang Prefecture Agricultural Bureau. Shi Zhongdong, male, Han ethnicity, from Feng County, Jiangsu Province, born in June 1973, graduated from the Party School, non-partisan, joined the work in April 1995. He has successively served as the deputy township chief of Science and Technology of Bingzhongluo Township in Gongshan County, the deputy manager of Nujiang Prefecture Tourism Company, the chief of the Market Development Section of Nujiang Prefecture Tourism Bureau, the chief of the Planning and Development Section of the Nujiang Prefecture Tourism Development Commission, and the chief of the Industrial Promotion Section. He is currently the chief of the industrial development section of the Nujiang Prefecture Culture and Tourism Bureau.

Zhao Hongjiang, male, Bai ethnicity, native of Jianchuan, Yunnan, born in October 1975, university degree, member of the Communist Party of China, joined the work in July 1996. He has successively served as the deputy chief of the legal comprehensive section of the Nujiang Prefecture Audit Bureau, the assistant director of the Ninth Audit Division of the Yunnan Provincial Audit Office (suspended post), the deputy chief of the Social Security Audit Section and the chief of the Legal System Comprehensive Section of the Nujiang Prefecture Audit Bureau, the deputy director of the Lanping County Audit Bureau (suspended post), and the secretary of the party group and director of the Lanping County Audit Bureau. He has successively served as the secretary general of the Nujiang Prefecture Disaster Prevention Association, the director of the office of the Nujiang Prefecture Earthquake Bureau, and the deputy director of the Nujiang Prefecture Earthquake Bureau (Zhengke).
