In the course of enforcement, the person subject to enforcement attempts to circumvent enforcement by refusing to accept the document, losing contact, or other such means. The Kaiping Court conducted a public auction of a villa under the name of the person subject to enforcement on the online judicial auction platform in accordance with the law, and sold it for 2.22 million yuan. In view of the refusal of the person subject to enforcement to perform the obligation to move out, the Kaiping court decided to adopt compulsory eviction measures.
