The tea was brewed with a newly picked longjing, a mountain spring made of charcoal fire, Qianlong drank a good tea with a fragrant and mellow taste, and he was overjoyed, so he wanted to take a little back to taste, but he was not good enough to speak, and he did not want to expose his identity, so he took advantage of the fact that the village girl did not pay attention, grabbed a handful, and hid it in the dragon robe inside the civilian clothes. When the rain has passed and bid farewell to the village girl, continue to travel in the mountains and rivers until sunset, thirsty and hungry, take a seat in a small wine shop by the West Lake, order a few dishes, one of which is fried shrimp. After ordering a delicacy, he suddenly remembered the Longjing tea he had brought, and he wanted to brew it to quench his thirst. Therefore, while calling the shop Xiao Er, he picked up the swallow clothes to take tea. When Xiao Er received tea, he saw Qianlong's dragon robe, was startled, and rushed into the kitchen to tell the shopkeeper who was in charge of the spoon. The shopkeeper was frying shrimp, and when he heard that Shengshang had arrived, he was extremely panicked and made a mistake in his busy life, so he sprinkled the Longjing tea leaves that Xiao Er brought in as green onions in the fried shrimp. Who knew that this dish was brought to Qianlong's eyes, the fragrance was fragrant, tasted a bite, suddenly felt fresh and delicious, and then looked at the dish on the plate, only to see longjing verdant, shrimp white and tender crystalline, can't help but praise continuously, "Good dish!" Good dish! In the future, this dish that has been lost in the busy future has been summed up by several generations of culinary masters, officially named Longjing shrimp, and has become a well-known delicious dish.
West Lake Longjing tea fragrant meat, which was selected as a thousand bowls of gold medal food (hot dish) in 100 counties along with West Lake lettuce fish ball soup and Wen Choking River Prawn, is naturally not to be missed.

Therefore, the boss gave this dish a nice name, called "wine country swamp prawn", and passed down to this day!
In addition, the classic vegetarian roast goose from the Hangzhou temple, the aromatic and oily Hangzhou-style brine sauce duck, the traditional famous West Lake glutinous honey root, the refreshing and appetizing mother cauliflower stem, the tender and sweet Hangzhou-style brine duck, as well as the mother radish peel, Hangzhou-style live smoked fish, salt baked crispy chicken, also appeared on the scene.
