1. PP material

PP plastic is isometric crystallization, thermal stability is better, but the material is brittle, easy to break, mainly polypropylene materials. It should be noted that some microwave oven lunch boxes, the box body is made of 05 PP, but the lid is made of 06 PS (polystyrene), PS transparency is general, but not resistant to high temperatures, so it can not be put into the microwave oven with the box. 2. PVC material

PVC, also known as PVC, is polyvinyl chloride resin, often making engineering profiles and daily life plastic products, common raincoats, building materials, plastic film, plastic boxes, etc. Excellent plasticity and cheap price. However, it can only withstand high temperatures of 81 °C.

The toxic and harmful substances that are easy to produce by plastic products of this material come from two aspects, one is the single molecule vinyl chloride that is not completely polymerized in the production process, and the other is the harmful substances in the plasticizer. These two substances are easy to precipitate when encountering high temperatures and oils, and toxic substances are easy to cause cancer after entering the human body with food. At present, containers of this material have been used less for packaging food. Also don't let it get heated.

3. PE material

PE is polyethylene. Plastic wrap, plastic film, etc. are all such materials. Heat resistance is not strong, usually qualified PE plastic wrap will appear hot melting phenomenon when the temperature exceeds 110 ° C, leaving some plastic preparations that the human body cannot decompose.

Moreover, wrapping food with plastic wrap is heated, and the grease in the food can easily dissolve the harmful substances in the plastic wrap. Therefore, when the food is put in the microwave, the wrapped plastic wrap must be removed first.

4. PET material

PET, that is, polyethylene terephthalate, mineral water bottles, carbonated beverage bottles are made of this material. Beverage bottles can not be recycled with hot water, this material is heat resistant to 70 ° C, only suitable for warm drinks or frozen drinks, high temperature liquid or heating is easy to deform, there are harmful substances dissolved to the human body.

5. PMMA material

PMMA, that is, polymethyl methacrylate, also known as acrylic, acrylic or plexiglass, is called pressure in Taiwan, and is called argylic adhesive in Hong Kong, which has the advantages of high transparency, low price, easy machining, etc., and is a glass replacement material that is often used.
