In November 2018, Qushang New Village, Baita Community, Huangshui Town, completed the sub-occupancy of 175 households and 535 people; the Banpo Liangshe on the side of the new village is the first batch of 2019 pilot projects for the integration of agricultural, commercial, cultural and tourism bodies and the reform of the collective property rights system in Chengdu, which was completed in December 2019, and after being put into operation, it solved the employment of more than 30 local residents and effectively led to the increase of collective economic income.
