On October 23, the Traffic Rectification Office of Luopu Street, Panyu District, Guangzhou, together with the Street Creative Culture Office, the Fourth Traffic Police Squadron, traffic counselors, and community grid members, carried out a series of traffic order management actions in conjunction with the creative writing work around the entrances and exits of Luoxi Station A and C of Metro Line 2.
During the operation, the Traffic Rectification Office of Luopu Street set up a two-dimensional code display board for traffic safety persuasion, intercepted traffic violations such as not wearing helmets, retrograde, and red lights, required scanning code registration on the spot, and carried out education and publicity on pedestrians and non-motorized traffic violations to correct the lawless behavior of lawbreakers and violators. Among them, for those who drive non-motorized vehicles without helmets, the Luopu Street Traffic Rectification Office gives them three choices: one is to leave the electric vehicle at the scene and go home to get the helmet; the second is to let relatives and friends send the helmet to the scene; the third is to buy a helmet in a nearby shopping mall to ensure that it is correctly regulated before wearing the helmet before leaving.
The Traffic Rectification Office of Luopu Street advocates civilized travel and courtesy to pedestrians to the surrounding masses to create a good social atmosphere. In view of the phenomenon of random parking around the entrances and exits of Luoxi Station of Metro Line 2, everyone worked together to put the chaotic and disorganized bicycles in place, and through demonstration, enhance the public's awareness of civilized rules.
The operation dealt with a total of 51 cases of traffic violations, of which 34 were punished by pedestrians and 17 by non-motorized vehicles, and the Luopu Street Traffic Rectification Office adopted the method of fines for non-motorized vehicles and verbal warnings for pedestrians, and warned the masses to pay attention to traffic rules through the form of warnings and punishments, and there should be no slack in thinking.
In the next step, the Luopu Street Traffic Rectification Office will continue to cooperate with the Street Creation and Cultural Affairs Office to do a good job in creating literature, and strengthen the management of traffic order chaos, effectively create a harmonious and smooth traffic environment, and continue to improve the road traffic safety order under the jurisdiction of Luopu Street.
