Feng Kun is a legendary second setter in the history of the Chinese women's volleyball team, and she has made great contributions to the team's victory at the Athens Olympic Games. After retiring from the army, she "married" to the former Thai women's volleyball head coach Gatybon, who was 12 years older than herself, which caused a hot discussion in the volleyball arena for a while.

Feng Kun was born in December 1978, because of her childhood fun, her family decided to let her engage in more sports, coupled with the strong domestic volleyball atmosphere at that time, so she enrolled Feng Kun in a volleyball class. With outstanding physical fitness and intelligence, Feng Kun quickly stood out.
In 1994, Feng Kun, who was not yet 16 years old, officially started his professional volleyball career and was selected for the national youth team in the same year, helping the team win the Asian Youth Championship. In 2001, Chen Zhonghe, who was the coach of the women's volleyball team at the time, decided to "correct" Feng Kun and let her succeed Zhu Yunying as the main second pass of the national team. Since then, Feng Kun has repaid the trust of the head coach with his amazing performance.
In the 2003 World Women's Volleyball League, Feng Kun led the Chinese women's volleyball team to win the world championship after 17 years, and she herself won the honor of "the world's best second pass". At the 2004 Athens Olympic Games, she and the team once again realized the olympic gold medal dream.
While his career was booming, Feng Kun was attacked by injuries. In 2007, she missed the season due to injury. Fortunately, "sister" Lang Ping helped, and under her introduction, Feng Kun successfully went to the United States for surgical treatment. After returning from recovery, Feng Kun once again made contributions to the Chinese women's volleyball team. At the 2008 Beijing Olympics, she played a steady role in helping the Chinese team win a valuable bronze medal. In December 2011, Feng Kun, whose state was in a clear decline, announced his retirement, officially ending his brilliant player career, and a generation of legends finally came to an end.
After retiring from the army, Feng Kun chose to marry the former Thai women's volleyball head coach Gatybon, who was 12 years older than himself, and when the two held a wedding, even the Thai princess came to the scene, which is really rare. In the 4th year after marriage, Feng Kun gave birth safely in Thailand, and the two became a family of three. Regarding the marriage of the two, the debate on the Internet about whether Feng Kun is "high climbing" or "marrying"is very fierce. To this day, the topic is still often brought up by fans.
