According to a report by the Quanzhou Radio and Television Station on 29 September, the Standing Committee of the 16th People's Congress of Quanzhou City held its forty-third session.
Chen Canhui, director of the Standing Committee of the Municipal People's Congress, presided over the meeting. The meeting heard and deliberated the report of the Standing Committee of the Municipal People's Congress on the examination of the qualifications of individual deputies; deliberated and adopted matters concerning the appointment and dismissal of personnel.
Decides to appoint:
Su Yanhui served as the secretary general of Quanzhou Municipal People's Government;
Tang Chunxiao served as the director of the office of the Quanzhou Municipal People's Government;
Liao Liangjie served as the director of the Quanzhou Municipal Development and Reform Commission;
Chen Jinsong served as the director of the Quanzhou Civil Affairs Bureau;
Xu Changchun served as the director of Quanzhou Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau;
Zhang Zhiming served as the director of Quanzhou Municipal Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau;
Zheng Jinxi served as the director of the Quanzhou Forestry Bureau;
Liu Jianxing served as the director of Quanzhou Municipal Water Conservancy Bureau;
Zhang Xiaohong served as the director of the Quanzhou Municipal Bureau of Commerce;
Li Boqun served as the director of quanzhou municipal bureau of culture, radio, television and tourism;
Li Dexiong served as the director of the Quanzhou Municipal Market Supervision Bureau.
Yao Liqing served as vice president, member of the adjudication committee, and adjudicator of the Quanzhou Intermediate People's Court.
Decided to dispense with:
Secretary-General of Quanzhou Municipal People's Government of Liao Guowen;
Wang Kesi Quanzhou Municipal People's Government Office Director;
Chen Wenkun is the director of the Quanzhou Municipal Development and Reform Commission;
Du Pusheng is the director of the Quanzhou Civil Affairs Bureau;
Liu Shuqing, Director of Quanzhou Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau;
Zhong Wencheng, director of Quanzhou Municipal Bureau of Housing and Urban-Rural Development;
Fu Chuntian is the director of Quanzhou Municipal Water Conservancy Bureau;
Ding Fengquan Municipal Bureau of Commerce Director;
Chen Huiping is the director of Quanzhou Municipal Bureau of Culture, Radio, Television and Tourism;
Cai Tianshou is the director of the Quanzhou Municipal Market Supervision Bureau.
The meeting also deliberated and adopted a decision on accepting Chen Ming's request to resign as president of the Quanzhou Intermediate People's Court, and decided that Yao Liqing would act as president of the Quanzhou Intermediate People's Court.
