The reporter learned from the above that the overall idea of the province's Xiaochun production in 2022 is: to be guided by market demand, to take the construction of modern agricultural parks as the guide, to focus on the development of high-quality varieties, clean production, large-scale operation, socialization of services, diversification of functions, and marketing orders, and to vigorously develop winter agriculture, stabilize grain supply, increase production and income.
The specific goal is: "two stability, two expansions and three upgrades". That is, to stabilize the area of Xiaochun grain and rapeseed, expand the area of high-quality special wheat and the area of the "Tianfu Vegetable Oil" demonstration base, and improve the level of agricultural mechanization, socialization service, and grain and oil quality and efficiency in Xiaochun. It is planned to plant 16.35 million mu of grain with a total output of more than 4.29 million tons; wheat is stable at more than 8.62 million mu, and the output is stable at more than 2.43 million tons; rapeseed is stable at more than 20 million mu, with a total output of more than 3.38 million tons; and the sown area of vegetables is stable at about 12 million mu.
