Luo Zhiqiang pointed out that it was not the first time that Shi Mingde had been on the line of the people's case and Xie Changting, and there was already a precedent in the 2008 "general election", and former "legislator" Qiu Yi had accused Xie Changting of being an informant, and as a result, Xie Changting lost the election. Shi Mingde once angrily criticized, "These rake grabbed a batch of batches, and later held high positions in the party, participated in the election every year, and then successively killed the founding elders one by one, and even expelled from the DPP."

Luo Zhiqiang said that Shi Mingde was sentenced to life imprisonment twice as a political prisoner three times and spent nearly 26 years in prison, he is a person who has been hurt, of course, he is entitled to seek the truth, questioning those suspected of betraying comrades, he is more qualified, choose to forgive.

Luo Zhiqiang said that Shi Mingde twice asked Xie Changting to file a complaint to clarify the truth, and was willing to choose forgiveness, and asked Tsai Ing-wen not only to fight for transitional justice, but to thoroughly expose the whole picture of the truth.
