It is not the first time that Shi Mingde has called on Tsai Ing-wen to expose the full picture of the "line civil case."

According to Taiwan media reports, Shi Mingde, former chairman of the Democratic Progressive Party, recently confirmed that the late DPP founding chairman Jiang Pengjian was an undercover member of the Bureau of Investigation, and was refuted by Taiwan's "representative in Japan" Hsieh Chang-ting. Luo Zhiqiang, a Taipei city councilor who is also the deputy secretary general of the Kuomintang, said that it was not the first time that Shi Mingde had been on the line of the civil case and Xie Changting, and called on Tsai Ing-wen to completely expose the truth, ordering the "promotion of transfer" to publish all the information, so that the perpetrators could come out and apologize, and the victims had a chance to forgive.

Luo Zhiqiang pointed out that it was not the first time that Shi Mingde had been on the line of the people's case and Xie Changting, and there was already a precedent in the 2008 "general election", and former "legislator" Qiu Yi had accused Xie Changting of being an informant, and as a result, Xie Changting lost the election. Shi Mingde once angrily criticized, "These rake grabbed a batch of batches, and later held high positions in the party, participated in the election every year, and then successively killed the founding elders one by one, and even expelled from the DPP."

Luo Zhiqiang said that when Xie Changting was interviewed by a radio program at that time, he said that if Shi Mingde could prove that he leaked secrets, he knelt down to apologize to Shi Mingde; Shi Mingde stressed that he was a victim, how to prove that Xie Changting was a rake boy? Instead, he asked Xie Changting to sue him, and generously stated that even if Xie Changting admitted, there was no need to kneel down and apologize to him, and he would personally forgive Xie Changting

Luo Zhiqiang said that Shi Mingde was sentenced to life imprisonment twice as a political prisoner three times and spent nearly 26 years in prison, he is a person who has been hurt, of course, he is entitled to seek the truth, questioning those suspected of betraying comrades, he is more qualified, choose to forgive.

Luo Zhiqiang said that Shi Mingde twice asked Xie Changting to file a complaint to clarify the truth, and was willing to choose forgiveness, and asked Tsai Ing-wen not only to fight for transitional justice, but to thoroughly expose the whole picture of the truth.
