The physical and chemical properties of Junfeng spectrum water have changed, making it change from ordinary water to optimized water with certain auxiliary prevention and treatment of diseases and promotion of human health. On this basis, Guangdong Junfeng Spectrum Co., Ltd. cooperated with relevant scientific research institutions to carry out a series of biological experiments for Junfeng spectrum water, in order to explore and verify the biological effects of Junfeng spectrum water, and the specific biological effect experimental results are as follows:
1. Junfeng spectrum water (small molecular mass water) has better permeability
Ye Hongyan et al. [1] studied the permeability of small molecular water mass water to the red blood cell membrane. Experimentally, small molecule group water and ordinary distilled water prepared by Junfeng spectral water treatment bonding instrument were prepared with different concentrations of sodium chloride solution, added to the same amount of red blood cells, and after centrifugation, the hemoglobin content was compared by measuring the absorbance of the supernatant, so as to compare the penetration rate of small molecule group water and ordinary distilled water on red blood cells. The experimental results showed that when the concentration of NaCl solution was 0.9%, the absorbance of the small molecule group water experiment group was greater than that of the ordinary distilled water group, indicating that the red blood cells in the solution prepared with small molecule group water were faster, and the small molecule water was easier to enter the cells and had better permeability.
2. Junfeng spectrum water can improve microcirculation and improve blood viscosity
Liu Yuying et al. [2] used the Wistar rat intravenous endoxin injection to cause leukocyte adhesion and microcirculation disorder model, and detected the changes in leukocyte adhesion and microcirculation in the mesenteric microvascular of rats in the Junfeng spectrum water group and the tap water group. Experimental results show that animals drinking Junfeng spectrum water for 30 to 60 days can significantly reduce leukocyte adhesion, significantly reduce endothelial damage, vascular bleeding and red blood cell adhesion, reduce red blood cell aggregation, platelet adhesion and aggregation, and alleviate the slowing of blood flow caused by inflammatory responses. Studies have shown that Junfeng spectrum water can alleviate microcirculation disorders caused by endotoxins and significantly reduce white blood cell adhesion. The results suggest that "drinking spectral water has a better effect on improving microcirculation".
Further research by Liu Yuying et al. [3] found that Junfeng spectrum water can better improve the changes in blood viscosity caused by endotoxins. In an experimental model of microcirculation disorders in rats caused by endotoxins, the changes in whole blood viscosity of rats in the Junfeng Spectrum Water Group and the Tap Water Group were detected after 30 and 60 days of drinking water, and the results showed that the blood viscosity of rats drinking Junfeng Spectrum water was lower than that of drinking tap water. It is shown that drinking Junfeng spectrum water can reduce blood viscosity and facilitate blood flow.
3. Junfeng spectrum water has a double regulatory effect on gastrointestinal contraction
In the published paper[4] and related research reports provided, in order to study the effect of Junfeng spectrum water on gastrointestinal peristalsis function, the amplitude and frequency of gastrointestinal potential (fast wave and slow wave) in SD rats after 30 days of feeding, the frequency and contractility of gastric, jejunal and colonic motility, the emptying speed of the stomach, the speed of intestinal propulsion of markers (carbon black), and the gastrointestinal blood flow were measured. The results show that Junfeng spectrum water has a double regulatory effect on gastrointestinal contractility, reduces the basic rhythm potential of the gastrointestinal tract in the fasting state, reduces the gastrointestinal movement, reduces the mutual friction of the gastric mucosa, and thus plays a role in protecting the gastric mucosa; after gassing, there is food stimulation of the gastrointestinal mucosa, gastrointestinal potential enhancement, peristalsis frequency and amplitude increase, promote the excretion of food in the stomach, and promote the movement of food in the small intestine, which is conducive to the digestion and absorption of food by the intestine.
4. Junfeng spectrum water can enhance the body's immune function
Liu Yuying et al. [5] studied the effects of Junfeng spectral water on the behavior of the immune factors interleukin 1 (IL-1), interleukin 6 (IL-6) and leukocytes in rat plasma. Experimental results show that compared with drinking tap water, the content of IL-l and IL-6 in the plasma of rats drinking Junfeng spectrum water increases, which has a certain effect on improving the body's immune function; drinking Junfeng spectrum water can also reduce the adhesion of white blood cells and the swimming out of white blood cells, reduce the interaction between white blood cells and vascular endothelial cells, thereby reducing the toxic effect of white blood cells on endothelial cells and alleviating the damage of vascular endothelium.
Liang Xiaoyun et al. [6] conducted experiments with SD rats, set up Junfeng spectrum water group and tap water group, respectively, for animals to drink freely every day for 90 consecutive days, after the end of the test, tail vein blood culture for T lymphocyte conversion test, femoral artery bloodletting separation serum for determination of lysozyme content and intraperitoneal fluid for macrophage phagocytic function detection. The results showed that the macrophage phagocytosis rate and serum lysozyme content of the Junfeng spectrum water group were significantly higher than those in the tap water group (P≤0.01), indicating that the Junfeng spectrum water had a certain effect on improving immune function.
Zhang Jianning et al. [7] studied the effect of Junfeng spectrum blister bath plus drinking on the immune function of mice. The experiment divided the KM mice into 3 groups, group A mice soaking in the bath Junfeng spectrum water plus drinking Junfeng spectrum water, group B for the mice soaking in the Junfeng spectrum water drinking tap water, control group mice soaking bath tap water drinking tap water. After 30 days of the experiment, mouse splenocyte transformation test, delayed allergic reaction experiment, serum hemolysin determination, carbon clearance test, NK cell activity determination, antibody production cell detection were carried out. The results showed that junfeng spectrum bubble bath plus drinking and Junfeng spectrum bubble bath could improve the transformation capacity of lymphocytes and have the effect of improving the activity of mouse NK cells; Junfeng spectrum bubble bath plus drinking could also enhance the phagocytic function of mouse mononuclear macrophages. It shows that Junfeng spectrum bubble bath and Junfeng spectrum bubble bath plus drinking have a certain effect on the non-specific immunity and specific cellular immune response of mice, and junfeng spectrum bubble bath plus drinking is better than the simple Junfeng spectrum bubble bath on the enhancement of mouse immune function. The Laboratory Animal Center of Southern Medical University further pointed out in the corresponding research report issued by the Ministry of Health of the People's Republic of China that according to the criteria for determining the results of enhancing immune function in the "Technical Specifications for the Inspection and Evaluation of Health Foods" (2003 edition) formulated by the Ministry of Health of the People's Republic of China, the cellular immune function determination results and NK cell activity results of the subject sample group A and the subject sample group B were positive, and the test sample group A also promoted macrophage phagocytosis. The results showed that "Junfeng spectrum water sample group A and test sample group B have the effect of enhancing immunity function." ”
Chinese the study of the Pathophysiology Laboratory of the General Hospital of the People's Liberation Army also found that drinking Junfeng spectrum water for 30 days could enhance the activity of natural killer cells (NK cells) in the spleen of mice.
5. Junfeng spectrum water can enhance the body's anti-fatigue endurance
Chinese the research report of the Pathophysiology Laboratory of the General Hospital of the People's Liberation Army of the Chinese People's Liberation Army showed that after drinking Junfeng spectrum water for 30 days, the swimming time of mice in the Junfeng spectrum water group was 45.5 ± 16.2 minutes, and the mice that drank tap water were significantly longer than 25.4 ±9.2 minutes (P<0.05); at the same time, drinking Junfeng spectrum water could enhance the heart contraction and relaxation function of rats after swimming, and increase the skeletal muscle blood flow after swimming in rats. The results show that Junfeng spectrum water can prolong the swimming time of animals and improve the endurance of anti-fatigue.
6. Junfeng spectrum water can improve the body's antioxidant function
According to the research report of the Experimental Animal Center of Southern Medical University, mice were raised with Junfeng spectrum water and bathed in Junfeng spectrum water (37 °C) for 45 minutes every day, and the content of lipid peroxidation product malondialdehyde (MDA), superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity and glutathione peroxidase (GSH-PX) activity were determined in the serum of mice after 40 days. The results showed that the serum content of mice bathing and drinking Junfeng spectrum water was significantly reduced (P<0.01), SOD activity was significantly improved (P<0.01), and GSH-PX activity was also significantly improved (P<0.01) compared with mice with soaking bath and drinking tap water (P<0.01). According to the "Technical Specifications for food inspection and evaluation of health products" (2003 edition) formulated by the Ministry of Health, the antioxidant function test method can determine the positive results of antioxidant function animals in the sample group of subjects bathing and drinking Junfeng spectrum water. It shows that drinking and soaking Junfeng spectrum water has the function of improving the body's antioxidant.
7. Effect of Junfeng spectrum water on tumor cells
Chinese the research report of the First Military Medical University of the People's Liberation Army of the People's Liberation Army showed that the RPMI-1640 culture medium configured with Junfeng spectrum water was used to culture colorectal cancer LOVO cells and hepatocellular carcinoma HepG2 cells in vitro, and experimental studies found that "spectrum water has a killing effect on colorectal cancer cells" and "spectrum water has a killing effect on liver cancer cells". Experiments suggest that Junfeng spectrum water may have the effect of inhibiting tumor growth.
8 Safety evaluation of Junfeng spectrum water
Liang Xiaoyun et al. [6] Evaluated the safety of Junfeng spectrum water according to the relevant methods stipulated in gb15193-1994 "Procedures and Methods for Evaluating Food Safety Toxicology" of the Ministry of Health. The results showed that Junfeng spectrum water LD50>15000mg/kg was non-toxic; the mouse bone marrow micronucleus, sperm malformation, and Ames' tests were all negative; and the 90-day feeding test also showed that Junfeng spectrum water had no damaging effect on rat growth and development, blood and biochemical indicators, liver and kidney function.
