Mr. Zhang said that his family lives on the 19th floor, and he has to pay an elevator fee of more than 300 yuan per year, and the only elevator that can be used may be stopped at any time for maintenance, and everyone is looking forward to the damaged elevator being repaired and put into use as soon as possible.
It is understood that this high-rise building was built in 1995, which is the earliest batch of high-rise residential buildings built in Harbin, with 3 units and 15 residents on each floor.
