Recently, the Lanzhou Municipal Public Security Bureau smashed the criminal group of evil forces headed by Qin Junping. After preliminary investigation, the QinJun Ping Evil Forces Criminal Group illegally lent money and violently collected debts in Honggu District, Lanzhou City, Yongdeng County, and Minhe County, Qinghai Province, using the "Lanzhou Nongfeng Microfinance Company" (located in Ping'an Road, Haishiwan Town, Honggu District, Lanzhou City) and "Gansu Baoshun Guarantee Co., Ltd." as bases. In order to collect debts, Qin Junping gathered Zhang Hairong, Cheng Dong, Chen Mingyang, Liang Chen, Wang Junyou, Chen Beili, and others to violently collect debts through illegal detention, picking quarrels and provoking troubles, and other acts, which greatly damaged the safety of the people's lives and property. At present, 7 criminal suspects have arrived, and the investigation work is advancing.
In order to thoroughly find out all the facts of the crimes of the criminal group of evil forces headed by Qin Junping, eliminate the tumor in society, and purify the social environment, we are now openly soliciting clues to the whole society about the crimes of this criminal group.
I. Invite the broad masses of the people, especially victims and insiders who have been unlawfully harmed by the criminal group and its members, to actively report the case to the public security organs, report and expose it, or provide clues and evidence.
