Maybe it's a great player, or a good player who has been weakened by age or injury. However, for whatever reason, none of these players have shown their best form in the Premier League. Sometimes they're actually top players and they're still a bit of a fan with such a bad performance. We listed 50 of them, and today we broadcast the 31st-40th place for you.

40. Joe
Here's a good pub quiz question: Who is the record City signed before Robinho? Curiously, the title was taken by another Brazilian striker, Joe, who came to Manchester City for €19 million two months before his compatriot. Joe was a victim of the Manchester City era, joining before the dawn of the Mansour era. However, this does not fully explain his level of performance or how he has maintained this poor form after being loaned to Everton.
39. Andrés Cornelius
Whenever a club breaks their transfer record to sign a striker, you can imagine how many fingers are crossed in the boardroom. It was a lesson for Cardiff City, with Wales bringing it to the squad for £8 million and manager Markey McKay identifying Cornelius as a positional striker. But it turned out that he had little idea where the pitch was. His Cardiff career includes eight appearances, zero assists, zero goals and a price-cutting sale back to Denmark six months later.
38. Richard Kinson
Ghana goalkeeper Kingston came off the bench for his Wigan debut and quickly made a save for West Brom, but it was tough ever since then. Then immediately began to slide: Wigan lost 3-1, while Kingston played three more Premier League games for Wigan – all of them. Although there was a better performance at Blackburn this following season, it wasn't great as the Roses were relegated after that. He played 20 games, conceded 38 goals and contributed to historic victories for Liverpool and Tottenham, all of which of course ended in relegation.
37. Tolburn Piknik
The defender came to the Premier League after Denmark won euro 1992 and contributed well in his later stages. After a period of stability, Piknick's performance took a precipice and he was sent back to Denmark after two years of misfortune. Merseyside remembers him not as the touted Alan Hansen substitute, but as a microcosm of Liverpool's early '90s.
36. Dean Rickock
Rickock has had a unique career: a one-time top player, and for a player willing to falter, he aspires to simply play football – even though he was one of the 2007/08 Derby County players (11 goals in 38 games), there were plenty of people who couldn't believe it. Good luck to him.
35. Yaya Sanogo
In January 2018, Sanogo scored his first top-flight goal. Unfortunately for Arsenal it wasn't for them, and four years ago they signed a promising young goalscorer who looked set to make a big difference in the Champions League. Instead, he became a walking clown, unable to control or pass the ball, let alone shoot the ball into the goal. It took him 15 games to score his first goal for Toulouse, suggesting wenger's only transfer market misstep involving Sanogo was signing him.
34. Eric Megère
Football fans occasionally tolerate a player, and for many players, limited ability does not mean limited popularity. It's never been more real than Eric's case: "He's a big man, he's a red man, he has no brains." "Megère certainly provided the muscles. The Dutchman also offers an unshakable reason to chase failure, as well as the strange habit of yelling at teammates for good, bad and unclear. "Crazy Eric" became a well-known "cult hero", never scoring a league goal in his Liverpool career, and left a year later to be replaced by the infinitely prolific Emir Husky.
33. Constantinos Chagaquias
For a goalkeeper, it's not a good look when your performance gets your manager in his pocket to sign Sandel Westwide to represent a certain level title. Unfortunately for Euro 2004 champion goalkeeper Jalkias, this was exactly what happened to him briefly in Portsmouth in just a few short years. It didn't quite work: 5 appearances, 4 defeats and 11 goals conceded cost him the position of the main goalkeeper. "Champion goalkeeper? Maybe the champion of the kebab shop.".
32. Andy van der Mede
Two doubles with Ajax and a highlight at Inter have led many Everton fans to believe they signed superstars when they signed with the Dutch winger in 2005. Instead, injury distress has left van der Meyde faltering. During his long absence, the obsession and turmoil in his family life formed a perfect storm of discontent. Van der Mede made just 20 appearances at Everton in four seasons.
31. Lucas Utkiwitz
Yutkiwitz played just four Premier League games during everton's two-year game but he didn't score a single goal. Six months later, the burly striker is back in the England top flight, this time by Sean Deeche's Burnley, whose roughness and strength will surely play to the advantage of an English striker. Those advantages never really became clear, and in 25 games the ball was never hit in the net by him. He is now in the Championship, where he has scored just one goal in 22 games and hasn't played much.
