According to Sports Bild, Gnabry asked for an annual salary of 15 million euros in the renewal negotiations.
Gnabry and Bayern's current contract expires in 2023, and SportBiz said the renewal negotiations between the two sides were going well, with the players demanding a sharp salary increase from the current €10 million to €15 million. An immediate agreement is not expected between the two sides, but Gnabry feels comfortable at Bayern and his best friend Kimmich has officially renewed his contract with Bayern until 2025.
