Since the hunan pilot free trade zone was approved in September last year, it has actively promoted reform and innovation, and as of the end of September this year, 101 of the 121 reform pilot tasks have been implemented, with an implementation rate of 83.5%; 273 of the 321 implementation measures of the construction implementation plan, with an implementation rate of 85%.
