It is reported that in 2001, bohai middle school was established, in 2003 the primary school and kindergarten were established, in 2006 the vocational and technical school was founded, and in 2015 the high school was established. In 2021, Binzhou Science and Technology Vocational College was established, becoming the first private vocational college and the second full-time vocational college in Binzhou.

At the scene, Liu Xiangsheng, founder of Binzhou Bohai Education Group, introduced the development process of Bohai Education Group in the past 25 years. The celebration conference was simultaneously broadcast live through the official Douyin account of Binzhou Vocational College of Science and Technology and the official Douyin account of Binzhou Bohai Education Group, and online sub-venues were set up in all classrooms of each campus. After the ceremony, the guests visited the School History Museum and reviewed the glorious course of the Group over the past 25 years.
