On September 29, 2021, on the occasion of the eighth Martyrs' Memorial Day and National Day, I was invited by the Hui Primary School of Fugou County to participate in the theme activities of welcoming the National Day, raising the national flag and telling red stories.
On that day, the sky was clear, there was no cloud, the whole school students wore neat school uniforms, wearing bright red scarves, under the leadership of the tutor, standing in front of the national flag platform with great spirit, waiting for the solemn flag-raising ceremony, Shan Shuna, director of moral education of Hui Primary School, presided over the flag-raising ceremony, she said: Listening to a red story, into a magnificent historical time, behind each story, there is a silent power, in order to welcome the National Day, strengthen patriotic education, inherit the fine traditions of the revolutionary ancestors, Today we are here to hold the "National Day - telling red stories" theme activities, we invited the Jiang Hongqi Martyrs Memorial Hall volunteer red docent Wan Shanhong, to tell you the story of Jiang Hongqi martyrs who are deeply influenced by Peng Xuefeng's generals- the story of jiang Hongqi martyrs, inheriting red genes, and stimulating the patriotic feelings of teachers and students.
Subsequently, under the auspices of two Young Pioneers, the flag-raising ceremony officially began, protecting the flag, raising the flag, singing the national anthem, the five-star red flag under the affectionate gaze of the students, rising against the sun, flying in the wind, after the national flag was raised, I came to the flag platform, and first donated to the Hui Primary School the two books that had just been published by the Fugou County CPPCC with literary and historical materials -- "The Story of The Martyr Jiang Hongqi" and the "Fugou County New Fourth Army Officers' Style" published by the Fugou County New Fourth Army Research Association.
Standing under the national flag, facing nearly a thousand teachers and students of the whole school, I told the red story of Jiang Hongqi martyrs in different periods in detail to the students with deep affection, and the resounding propaganda voice echoed over the school, and finally, I hope that all the students must cherish today's hard-won happy and beautiful life through today's propaganda, study hard, work hard, and strive to be a successor to the communist cause who is fully qualified in morality, intelligence, physique, beauty, and labor. It expressed the deep remembrance of the martyrs by the vast number of students.
After the flag-raising ceremony, I came to the multimedia classroom on the second floor of the Hui Primary School, let the students watch the special film of Jiang Hongqi martyr - "I call dawn with my blood", and then combined with the development of the Jiang Hongqi Martyrs Memorial Hall in recent years, introduced to the students general Chen Danhuai, the son of Marshal Chen Yi, and the situation of provincial, city, county, and township government organizations and schools visiting the memorial hall to study the martyrs. The Jiang Hongqi Martyrs Memorial Hall has become a beautiful landscape for inheriting China's red culture, a big stage for spreading positive energy, and a good classroom for patriotic education.
At the end of the activity, Qing Lili, a teacher at the Hui Primary School, said: Listening to the glorious deeds of martyr Jiang Hongqi today will definitely make us remember history, not forget our original intentions, and strive to move forward. Mei Haosen, a student of the sixth and second classes of Hui Primary School, said: Today's happy life is not easy to come by, it is the martyrs who exchanged their blood for it, as a student, we must inherit the legacy of heroic martyrs, study hard, and strive to serve the motherland when we grow up.
