From November 25th to 27th, Lanling Knowledge Management Engineer (Senior) Training was successfully held in Suzhou!
The training, including lecturers, interactive exchanges, visits to famous enterprises and other links, attracted a total of more than 30 trainees from Ping An of China, SAIC, XCMG, Zhongnan Architectural Design Institute, GAC Research Institute, Capital Shares, Luzhou Laojiao, CRRC Zhuzhou Motor, Baoshide and a large number of well-known enterprises to actively participate.

The training was taught by Dr. Xia Jinghua, the main participant in the formulation of national standards for knowledge management in China and a senior KM expert, and Huang Deyi, executive vice president of Lanling Research Institute and expert in knowledge management. The lecturers combined theory and practice, deeply analyzed the future development trend of knowledge management, and actively discussed the problems in the practice of knowledge management with the participants.
● How does knowledge management empower enterprises?
In the era of AI big data, empowerment will become more and more important in future enterprise management. Teacher Huang Deyi introduced that Lanling emphasizes based on enterprise knowledge assets and promotes knowledge empowerment from four dimensions: through personal empowerment precision, so that post knowledge can be effectively inherited, employees can grow faster; through team empowerment and openness, let project assets automatically precipitate and collaborate more effectively; through business empowerment intelligence, with the help of writing assistants and intelligent assistants to achieve scenario-based automatic knowledge services; through organizational empowerment service, atomic knowledge is embedded in the process to help enterprise management be more compliant and efficient.

Teacher Huang Deyi had a heated discussion with the students on topics such as "the entry point of empowerment-oriented knowledge management", "how to apply closed-loop management of enterprise system processes", and "the construction of team learning empowerment system", and the students spoke enthusiastically, put forward their own opinions and questions, and stirred up the spark of wisdom.
● The knowledge graph will inject new vitality into knowledge management
Dr. Xia Jinghua said that knowledge graph technology will be increasingly applied to the knowledge management construction of enterprises to better empower organizations.

Starting from the personal knowledge graph, Dr. Xia Jinghua explained in detail the relevant concepts, application scenarios and cases of the knowledge graph, and introduced the construction scheme and related tools of the knowledge graph. He focused on the four main directions of knowledge graph in enterprise knowledge management applications: knowledge integration and service platform based on knowledge ontology database, intelligent decision support platform based on master data graph, knowledge graph-based management support knowledge integration collaboration platform, and scenario-based business knowledge modeling and application support platform based on knowledge graph.

After two days of theoretical lectures, Lanling led the trainees to visit Baoshide, the "Top 500 Chinese Brand Enterprises", to feel the internal corporate culture of Baoshide and explore the knowledge management and construction of Baoshide.
