Nuggets ( 2-2 ) Nikola Jokic left early with an injury and played just 15 minutes with 24 points, six rebounds and six assists.
Will Barton had 21 points, Aaron Gordon had 20 points and seven rebounds, Monte Morris had 19 points and Michael Porter had 13 points and nine rebounds on 5-of-18 shooting.
After Jokic's injury, the Nuggets were still able to compete with the Jazz, trailing by just one point in the first three quarters at 90-91.
The Jazz started the fourth quarter with a wave of 20-7, opening the gap in one fell swoop.
