Precautions for choosing a room
(1) Shortlisted candidates should be selected for housing in strict accordance with the comprehensive scoring and sorting order.
(2) The shortlisted personnel shall arrive at the scene on time in strict accordance with the determined time and place without further notice.
(3) Shortlisted candidates are required to participate in the housing selection with their ID cards, the Notice of Approval of Registration of Qingdao Housing Security Qualifications and the Registration Receipt of Qingdao Affordable Housing Projects. If he or she is unable to participate, the entrusted person must present the notarized power of attorney, the trustee's ID card, the original id card of the client, and the household registration book to participate in the house selection.
(4) The time for shortlisted personnel to select a house is limited to 5 minutes, and if the house cannot be selected for more than 5 minutes, the shortlisted person with the next serial number shall start to select the house.
(5) After each finalist selects the listing, the staff will make a clear mark on the real estate board to facilitate the subsequent shortlisted personnel to choose the house.
(6) For the shortlisted personnel who fail to arrive at the house selection site in time, the normal order of house selection shall not be affected, and all the room selection personnel in this group (morning or afternoon) should complete the house selection before selecting the house. If the shortlisted family voluntarily gives up the qualification for housing selection, the candidates can participate in the housing selection in the order of comprehensive scoring.
(7) After applying for this in-kind rent allocation, participating in the selection of housing and obtaining the "Notice of Housing Positioning", families who do not sign a lease contract due to personal reasons or do not check in after the deadline are deemed to have automatically withdrawn from the public rental housing in-kind rent allocation guarantee, and shall not apply for rent in kind again within two years from the date of abandonment.
(8) Alternate families select the remaining listings in turn according to the number of the alternate order.
(9) Contract signing and check-in related matters will be notified separately.
