In recent years, lean production in China's manufacturing industry has blossomed everywhere, many enterprises are working hard to learn and practice lean production, after several years of lean practice, most of the enterprises have achieved good improvement results. With the deepening of lean practice, people have found that only rely on the lean tools they have mastered before to improve, and the effect is not as obvious as it was at the beginning. That's because after several years of improvement, the lean level of the enterprise has been greatly improved, and it is not enough to optimize our production process in a deeper way and promote it with the lean improvement tools we currently have.
When everyone urgently needs to master new improvement skills, our team (Fangyuan Zhihui) has spent several years and many times abroad to study and study, summarizing the theoretical knowledge, design methods and improvement routines of LCIA low-cost automation, a set of lean and effective improvement tools, and developing a series of copyright courses "LCIA Low-cost Automation Practice and Application" that are suitable for Chinese manufacturing industry for more than ten days. We hope to use our professional ability to help more Chinese manufacturing industries further improve the level of lean production and achieve transformation and upgrading.

According to the "14th Five-Year Plan" of Fawer's FAPS system and the implementation of the company's low-cost strategy, Fawer Auto Parts Co., Ltd. entrusted Shenzhen Fangyuan Zhihui Co., Ltd. to provide a 4-day and 2-night training course on "LCIA Low-cost Automation Practice and Application Training".
The course was successfully held from October 18 to 21, 2021 at the FAWER Lean Training Center.
The training was taught by Mr. Tan Hualin, a low-cost automation gold-medal lecturer of Fangyuan Zhihui LCIA, and the training object was 29 outstanding employees from 15 companies from Fawer headquarters and various business units, including logistics engineers, field technicians, IE industrial engineers, process engineers, workshop team leaders, directors and other positions.
The training began on October 18, 2021, led by Fawer Group, Director Jiang of the Production Department, and Director Lin of Human Resources. After 4 days and 2 nights of intensive training and practice, it was successfully concluded on October 21, 2021!
