The 2021 Zhang Xinzhe "Futuristic 2.0" World Tour Haikou Station will be held at Wuyuanhe Stadium on October 16. The reporter learned from the Haikou Municipal Health Commission that in order to do a good job in the prevention and control of the epidemic at the concert, the Municipal Health Commission made precise arrangements around the admission personnel, site prevention and control, emergency disposal and other work, implemented strict management of the whole chain, and carried out work drills in advance at the Wuyuanhe Stadium on the 15th, strictly implemented the requirements of "external prevention and import", and built a solid barrier for epidemic prevention and control in Haikou.

According to the relevant person in charge of the Municipal Health Commission, the concert required all participants to assess the risk of the epidemic 14 days in advance and implement strict management.

In terms of admission personnel, it is required to fully implement the five 100% measures such as "real-name admission", "on-site body temperature detection", "double code check", "wearing masks" and "nucleic acid test certificate". All persons who need to enter the venue must have a negative nucleic acid test result within 48 hours to enter.

All inbound personnel destined for Haikou City are required to be quarantined for 21 days + 7 days of self-health monitoring, during which a total of 7 nucleic acid tests were carried out. For those who enter (return) to Haikou after the 14-day period of centralized isolation outside Haikou, they will be transferred to the designated isolation hotel in a closed loop and continue to be in centralized isolation for 7 days.

Participants from the domestic participating in the event are required to have a history of living in high- and medium-risk areas in The first 14 days (14 days forward on October 16), as well as those who have a history of living in epidemic-related areas, are not allowed to participate in the activities. Confirmed cases that have been cured and discharged from the hospital and asymptomatic infected persons who have been released from centralized isolation for medical observation, those who are still under follow-up and medical observation must not participate in on-site related activities.

For the performance site, the entire grandstand is required to adopt a flow restriction mode, and the attendance rate does not exceed 75%. Seats are disinfected and garbage sorted before the performance in the grandstand area.

In terms of emergency response, medical prevention and control points were set up at the event site, and the medical prevention and control special class composed of clinicians, prevention and control experts and nurses appointed by the Haikou Municipal Health Commission and xiuying District Health and Health Department will be stationed at the site, and a negative pressure ambulance and several observation rooms will be prepared (determined according to the expected number of participants).
