The start date of the Iron Furnace Street Market Town Project is July 20, 2020, and the various underground pipe networks in the early stage have been completed, and the remaining subgrade and pavement have not been completed. The reasons for the slower construction are mainly due to:
First, the underground pipeline of the difficulty of the project is complex, the boundary between the road boundary and the residential homestead is blurred, the amount of earthwork for replacement is large, and the construction period spans the rainy season and the busy agricultural season to bring greater difficulties to the participating parties.
Second, because the early construction is mainly the laying of the main network, the excavation depth of the earthmoving is deep, and the earthwork operation is greatly affected by the weather.
Third, because the project involves the burial of rainwater and sewage pipes (the rainwater pipes have been buried at present), the relocation of water pipes, the landing of network cables and road construction, the construction needs to dock with the district water bureau, the water supply station of the iron furnace market town, and the four major operators of mobile, Unicom, telecommunications, radio and television, which have a certain impact on the progress of the project.
Fourth, due to financial problems a few years later, the project was adjusted, and the current street office has actively docked with the Transportation Bureau, because the project adjustment needs to go through certain procedures, it is expected to start in full at the end of April, and the construction will be completed 3 months after the start of construction.
