After Feng Moujia boiled the tangyuan he ate and put it in a bowl, he put the rat poison purchased in advance into a disposable plastic cup, melted it with water and poured it into the flour, made into a meat dumpling with flour, and cooked it for Tang to eat.
After Tang X finished eating tangyuan and washing the pots, bowls and other tableware, Feng X A surrendered himself to the police station at 12:40, and after receiving a call from Tang X on the way to inform him that he was unwell, he immediately called his niece Yin X to visit Tang X in the store.
After Feng Moujia arrived at the police station, he truthfully confessed the facts of the crime and asked the receiving police to call the emergency telephone to rescue Tang Moumou.
At 15:40, the ambulance sent the victim Tang Moumou to the Intensive Care Department of Wangmo County People's Hospital for treatment, and was discharged on March 24, 2021; transferred to Lixian People's Hospital in Hunan Province for seven days from March 26, 2021 to April 02, 2021; and hospitalized in Xiangya Changde Hospital in Hunan Province for nine days from April 6, 2021 to April 15, 2021.
After identification, the degree of human injury caused by low blood volume shock caused by acute drug poisoning by Tang Moumou was assessed as a second degree of serious injury.
