On the afternoon of May 17, the 7-year-old daughter of a villager entered the house crying, her face covered in blood, and her pants were torn at her knees. Under repeated questioning by her family, the little girl said that a small car had just knocked her down, and the girl's father immediately chased her out, but the car that caused the accident was gone.

The villagers immediately told Deng Tuyang, secretary of the party branch of the village committee, about the situation. Everyone came to the town police station to report the case, and the police on duty heard that the traffic accident occurred in Liugu Village, and was busy comforting: "Your village is the only administrative village in my town where video surveillance is directly connected to the town police station, and I will now help you adjust the monitoring at that time." Through the comparison of license plates on the surveillance screen, the police quickly found the owner of the car that caused the accident, and the owner also admitted the facts and got the corresponding punishment. Afterwards, the villagers presented the village committee with a pennant that read, "Party building helps to get rid of poverty, and the wise eye ensures safety."
