Recently, honghe county organized retired cadres to convey the spirit of the ninth party congress of the state.

The meeting conveyed and studied the study outline of the Ninth State Party Congress, introduced the basic situation of the Ninth State Party Congress, and focused on conveying and studying the report of the Eighth Committee of the Red River Prefecture of the Communist Party of China on "Striving for a New Journey, Opening Up a New Future, and Striving for the High-quality Construction of "Three Demonstration Zones" in the Red River" by the State.

The meeting pointed out that General Secretary Xi Jinping's two inspections of Yunnan proposed "one leap", "three positioning", "five efforts" and "four outstanding characteristics" and "four key tasks" have pointed out the direction of progress and provided fundamental compliance for the development of the Red River. The strategic deployment of the province to build a world-class "three cards", the rise of central Yunnan, the opening up along the border and other strategic deployments, and the goal positioning of building "three demonstration areas" proposed by the Honghe on-site office of the provincial party committee and the provincial government have provided a broad space for the development of the Red River.
