Ma Songqi's family lives in Lüliang Linxian County, Shanxi, and for 12 years, he has suffered from various special diseases that have made this ordinary family of three once fall into despair. In 2006, as soon as Ma Songqi landed on the ground, it surprised the medical staff present, some of them had delivered hundreds of babies, but they had never seen a child with 6 fingers on each hand and feet, and it was very symmetrical, and it could not be seen without careful observation. After the instrument examination, the doctor came to an unfortunate conclusion that in addition to the developmental deformities, the child also suffered from serious congenital heart disease.
Congenital heart disease, the nightmare of many parents of newborn infants and young children, but Ma Songqi unfortunately encountered. Parents want to surgically remove the excess fingers of the limbs and let Ma Songqi's appearance return to normal, but because the baby suffers from heart disease and cannot withstand anesthesia, he has no choice but to give up. At the age of 4, Ma Songqi underwent congenital heart disease surgery and successfully solved the problem of the heart. However, at this time, he could no longer have resection, because the 4 extra fingers were mature and the bones were long and hard, and it was extremely unrealistic to do the resection.
It is particularly uncomfortable to tuck 6 fingers into gloves with only 5 finger covers, so Ma Songqi has never worn a five-finger glove; it was originally a foot of no. 36, but because of the length of 6 fingers, he had to buy a larger shoe every time. "We thought that if we solved the heart problem, the child would have the problem of the finger, thinking that although the finger could not be removed, at least there would be no danger to life, and he could still live like a normal person in the future." In 2012, Ma Songqi suffered from binocular non-pigmented retinitis pigmentosa, with both bulbs fluttering horizontally and nothing visible. This disease is rare enough to occur in 10,000 people. His parents took Ma Songqi all over Taiyuan and Beijing University Hospital, paid thousands of hardships, and finally were "beaten" back to their hometown by high treatment costs. "The child is so young, we don't want him to be invisible all the time, we also want to take him to review and go to treatment every year, but there is really no money at home!" As soon as Ma Songqi was born, he suffered from deformities and congenital heart diseases, and his mother was afraid of something more, so she quit her job to take care of him full-time, and the family relied on his father to work at the construction site to support him. For many years, Ma Songqi has never received treatment, and his eyes have been blind, resulting in him not being able to move freely, let alone go out to play and make new friends... A lonely life needs sound to regulate, Ma Songqi learned to "listen" to the sound of self-relieving loneliness, radio, is his best and only friend. "Listening to songs, listening to commentaries, listening to stories, loving everything, as soon as you pick up the radio, you can't put it down for four or five hours." Mom said.
Because there is no money for treatment, Ma Songqi can only eat some "fundus supplement" health care drugs for many years to maintain, these drugs not only do not play a therapeutic role, but because of the rich hormones, resulting in Ma Songqi's abnormal obesity. Because he was blind in both eyes, his range of motion was limited, so Ma Songqi exercised every day at home with a treadmill. As a young man, he also had a heart for weight loss.
