Fuping is located in the east wing of the Guantian Economic Zone, which belongs to the planning scope of the Greater Xi'an Economic Circle, and was called Pinyang in ancient times, taking the meaning of "rich and peaceful" and named after the drunken beauty. Fuping is a well-known "persimmon town", "dairy goat town", "China's goat milk capital", "early and middle ripening apple town", "national grain production advanced county" is also a national ecological protection and construction demonstration area, a modern agricultural demonstration area, a township-level small city comprehensive reform pilot area and a shanshui Lintian Lake ecological restoration pilot area.
Persimmon cultivation in Fuping has a long history, dating back to the Han Dynasty, more than 2,000 years ago. The total area of persimmons in the county is 360,000 mu, the area of hanging fruits is 170,000 mu, the annual output of fresh persimmons is 200,000 tons, and the processing of persimmon cakes is 50,000 tons, and persimmon products are famous. In recent years, the Fuping County Party Committee and the county government have made every effort to promote the persimmon industry to embark on the fast track of high-quality development with scale expansion and efficiency improvement.
In the autumn of October, Persimmon Township Fuping is a fiery red splendor. The persimmons in the late autumn branches are a landscape painted by magical time, and the persimmon forests are accompanied by scattered villages, and the persimmon farmers are gradually busy, and the persimmon cakes are put on a rack, and the thick green of the "red fire" gradually fades The persimmon leaves of the trees are dyed yellow with red "drunken color" by the wind and snow. "One night of cold dew wind, persimmons hanging lanterns" is a true portrayal of Fuping, the "persimmon town" in late autumn and early winter.
In order to accelerate the development of the persimmon industry and enhance the reputation and influence of Persimmon in Fuping, the CPC Fuping County Committee and the People's Government of Fuping County jointly held the "Persimmon Red" Fuping National Photography Exhibition (hereinafter referred to as the "Fuping National Photography Exhibition"), with the help of photography as an art, comprehensively display the development achievements of the Persimmon industry in Fuping, show the joy and positive spirit of persimmon farmers, widely disseminate the beauty in the "Persimmon" scene, tell the story of Fuping with pictures, and gather the strength to forge ahead. We are collecting photographic works with the theme of The Persimmon Industry in Fuping, as well as photographic works on Bupyeong's natural scenery, humanistic customs, rural revitalization, and red tourism.

The honor setting and remuneration of the works in the exhibition
100 works (groups) entered into the exhibition, with a remuneration of 1,000 yuan each, will be awarded an honorary certificate, and can accumulate membership application points in accordance with the provisions of the China Photographers Association. The remuneration for the works entered into the exhibition is paid by the China Photography Newspaper to the contributors to the exhibition, and the personal income tax is withheld and paid from it.
During the photography exhibition, the Fuping County Literary Association will select 3 works/groups of works from all submitted works as special collection works, and the remuneration will be set separately.
Call for Papers
1. A wide range of photographers can submit articles.
2. There is no limit to the creation time of the work, there is no limit to single or group photos, and there is no limit to 4-8 photos per group photo.
3. The work must be based on the administrative division of Fuping County, Weinan City, Shaanxi Province, and specify the specific shooting location. For works with doubts about the shooting area, the contributor shall go to the shooting site with the lawyer entrusted by the organizer, and if the work is determined to be filmed within the designated geographical range after investigation, the relevant lawyer fees, travel expenses, etc. shall be borne by the organizer; if the work cannot be determined to be filmed within the designated geographical range after investigation, the relevant lawyer fees, travel expenses, etc. shall be borne by the contributor; if the contributor does not cooperate with the survey, his qualifications will be directly cancelled.
4. The organizer will uniformly retrieve the large-size digital file of the photo of the works to be included in the exhibition after the selection (the recommended maximum format of jpg compressed file is not less than 5mb, which must contain complete exif data). Contributors must submit large-size digital files (scan negatives for film shooting) to the Organizer within the specified time after receiving the notice, and those who do not provide them after the deadline shall be deemed to have automatically abandoned their qualifications.
5. The exhibition implements the system of publicizing the selection results, and the selected works to be included in the exhibition will be publicized for a period of 7 days on the official website of the exhibition , Yizhihui Network, and will be subject to social supervision during this period. After the expiration of the publicity period, China Photography News will publish a selection of works in the exhibition, and the interpretation of huihui will publish the list of entries and all the works in the exhibition.
6. For the works in the exhibition, the main organizer has the right to use the works in the relevant purposes of the exhibition in the form of reproduction, distribution, exhibition, screening, information network dissemination, compilation, etc. during the copyright period, and will no longer pay remuneration.
7. It is forbidden for the judges of the exhibition and their close relatives to submit articles, and all qualifications will be cancelled at any time once discovered.
8. The contributor shall ensure that he is the author of the submitted work and has an independent, complete, clear and uncontroversial copyright in the whole and part of the work; the contributor shall also ensure that the work submitted by the contributor does not infringe the legitimate rights and interests of third parties, including copyright, portrait right, reputation right, privacy right, etc.
9. Works and acts that are sufficient to hinder public order and good customs will be immediately disqualified from the exhibition once discovered. "Works and acts that infringe upon public order and good customs" include, but are not limited to, all violations of law, morality, public order or good customs that may seriously mislead public perceptions, be of a fraudulent nature, etc.
10. Those who do not meet the requirements of this call for papers cannot participate in the election; those who have entered the exhibition will be disqualified; the organizer has the right to withdraw the remuneration, honorary certificate, etc. of the work, and can be notified in the media.
11. The exhibition does not charge participation fees, does not return manuscripts, and does not return storage media. If the submitted work is damaged, lost, or late or not arrived during the mailing or sending process, the relevant losses and consequences shall be borne by the submitter.
12. The right to interpret the notice of this call for papers belongs to the organizer. Any contributor shall be deemed to have agreed to all the provisions of this call for papers.

Posting method
1. Online Submission:
Authors can register in the "Fuping National Photography Exhibition" in the "Exhibition" area (dz.cppfoto.com) of the interpretation of the huihui network, and fill in the real personal information as required and upload the work. The Organizer undertakes not to disclose or leak the non-public information of the submitted individuals. The submitted works are in jpg format, and the pictures are uniformly processed as 800-1000 pixels on the long side, and the file size is controlled within 200-500kb.
2. CD-ROM, U-disk submission:
The name of the exhibition is indicated on the CD-ROM and U-disk packaging box, and the title of the work is indicated at the file name of each work, and the information of the contributors and the list of submitted works (word documents) are provided at the same time. The submitted works are in jpg format, the pictures are uniformly processed as 800-1000 pixels on the long side, and the file size is controlled within 200-500kb. For submitted works without relevant materials, the organizer has the right to cancel its eligibility to participate in the competition.
