Toad, scientific name toad, some places called toad, leper monkey, leper treasure, may be different in each place, but the degree of recognition is high.

Unexpectedly, the toad in the shadow of childhood, after so many years, has transformed into a protected animal, to be precise, it belongs to the three protected animals of the country.
I deliberately checked the list of the following three protected animals, the full name is the "List of Terrestrial Wild Animals Protected by the State that are beneficial or have important economic and scientific research value" (hereinafter referred to as the "Three Lists"), with a total of more than 1,600 kinds. Many animals that we think are common, or not protected animals, are included in the "three lists".
Although the punishment regulations for the hunting of three animals are weaker than those of the national first- and second-level protected animals, the general investigation and punishment are mainly based on confiscation warnings and fines. But the number is relatively large, and the nature is different.
According to China's criminal law and relevant laws and regulations, it is illegal to catch 1 (article) without permission, it constitutes a crime to catch more than 20 (articles), and it is a major criminal case to catch more than 50 (articles).
