The Sumatran tiger is one of the rarest and smallest subspecies of tigers and is the only species that survives on an island in South Asia. It has thick dark orange fur with thick black stripes on it. The male has a thick and eye-catching wrinkled collar around his neck. The Pantanal jaguar is considered the largest subspecies of jaguar in South America and the most bite-strong big cat, with its jaw being the strongest of all cats. This underrated big cat is the top predator in South and Central America. Unlike most big cats, jaguars are very fond of water.

But the maximum weight of the Pantanal jaguar was recorded to be as high as 158 kilograms.

In addition, the main advantage of tigers is that they can stand on their hind legs for a long time and attack easily with their claws. The Jaguars have a similar style, but it's clear that the Sumatran tiger's longer limbs will give them an edge in this race.
But according to experts, the jaguar is much stronger than a tiger or lion. By weight, the jaguar's bite force is the most powerful of all big cats, even greater than that of tigers and lions.
In addition, they kill in different ways. Tigers, lions, and other big cats bite the neck or soft lower abdomen of their prey. Jaguars, on the other hand, have only one way to kill their prey – to hunt for skulls. This means that if a jaguar wrestles with a lion or tiger of the same size, it only needs to take a bite on the skull and the race is over.
Overall, it's a battle of equal strength, and I think the Jaguar has the advantage. But for the Jaguars, it wasn't an easy win. So in the end it was concluded that the Pantanal Jaguars had more than a 55% chance of winning this battle against the Sumatran Tigers, but not so easily.
