As the deputy mayor of Yihai Town, he usually surveyed the poverty situation and used "embroidery kung fu" to lead the villagers to get rid of poverty and become rich. When the villagers faced the disaster of heavy rain, he was the first to "retrograde" three times to rush to the disaster area to rescue the disaster victims.
In a few years, he went from being a garrison soldier in the Tibet Military Region to the first secretary of the village, and then serving as the deputy mayor of Yihai Town in Mianning County. He brought the hard-working, coarse and meticulous spirit of the soldiers and Khampa Hanzi to the battlefield of poverty alleviation and made new achievements. Luba Village is located in the north gate of Mianning County, Liangshan Prefecture, due to poor natural climatic conditions, poor land resources, unobstructed roads, low education level, backward thinking, and few ways to increase income, resulting in a very backward local economic development. The off-season edible mushroom industry with high economic value, delicious taste and high environmental and climate requirements has been successfully introduced into Luba Village. Cooperate with the relevant companies of Mianning edible mushroom industry to establish the Luba Village Cooperative, and adopt the production and operation mode of "company + cooperative + large household + farmer + poor household + insurance". Provide jobs for poor households in Luba Village, and achieve employment for at least 1 person in each poor household.
