The two girlfriends agreed that they would jointly contribute, Xiao Ren was responsible for the purchase and sale of goods, and Xiao Sun was responsible for managing the accounts, and both sides accounted for 50% of the shares.
After operating for a while, Xiaosun found that the funds she and her girlfriend invested and the money from the sale of rose candy were paid by Xiao Ren on the grounds of purchasing goods.
After Xiao Sun found out that something was wrong, he asked Xiao Ren many times, is their rose candy business still doing? Why is the money being used elsewhere? Xiao Ren found various reasons to prevaricate his girlfriend.
Xiao Sun has not seen the money recovered, she asked to recover the investment money, do not want to continue to cooperate, Xiao Ren agreed, the two sides settled, Xiao Ren returned 45,000 yuan to his girlfriend.
On February 9, 2021, Xiao Ren wrote down an IOU and refunded Xiao Sun's investment of 45,000 yuan by March 1, 2021. However, after the arrears were due, Xiao Ren refused to return them after xiaosun repeatedly urged him.
In desperation, Xiao Sun had to sue Xiao Ren to the court, asking the court to order Xiao Ren to repay the investment amount of 45,000 yuan.
"Holiday Court" after hours mediation
After the Anning Court accepted it, the case was divided into the Anning Kungang Court for trial, and in the process of service, Xiaosun said that she worked in a property management company in Anning and could not ask for leave from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. to receive the summons for the trial.
Kungang court staff learned about this situation and told Xiaosun that since 2014, Kungang court has opened a "holiday court", you can apply to the court, the judge will arrange to hear the case on weekends, national holidays or after work.
At 7 p.m. on May 13, Xiao Ren and Xiao Sun came to the Kungang Court together. After the judge undertook the organization and the two sides patiently mediated, the two sides voluntarily reached an agreement: before July 30, 2021, Xiao Ren returned 45,000 yuan of Xiao Sun's investment funds. In the end, a partnership dispute between girlfriends was satisfactorily resolved.
