Huai'an Hongze District Market Supervision Bureau said that the plastic packaging bottles for food used by Youlemei Food Company in business activities are used to package beverages and other food that comes into contact with direct import, so the above-mentioned packaging bottles used by Youlemei Food Company belong to materials that are in direct contact with food and other related products, and in 2017, the State Council issued the "Decision of the State Council on Adjusting the Management Catalogue of Industrial Product Production Licenses and Trying to Simplify the Approval Procedures" (Guo Fa [2017] No. 34). In the article, related products such as materials that come into direct contact with food are included in category 38 of the catalogue of products that will continue to implement the management of industrial product production licenses after the adjustment. The above-mentioned packaging bottles are produced by Jiangsu Qiansen Plastic Industry Co., Ltd., which has not obtained the "National Industrial Product Production License".
