"Sleeping Sun" is the band's first single CD released in 1999, titled Sleeping Sun – 4 Ballads of the Eclipse, which was later included in Highest Hopes in 2005. Both lead singers are the first lead singer T sister, each song of the night wish is full of unique charm, and this single is the first of the personal favorite night wish songs.
About this single
Sleeping Sun's style is very characteristic of night wishes, of course, it is inseparable from Sister T's own skills. Solid opera singing skills, combined with metal winds. Retract freely, hold with moderation, when it is high, it is like going straight up into the sky, and when it is low, it seems to be able to fall with her, and the sense of layering is vividly reflected in it.
The background of the single itself is two theories: one is a total solar eclipse related to nature, and the other is related to the background of war. Both genres are relatively grand, but it is this symphonic metal style that sings this type of song out of the sense of pictorial sacredness.
An ode to nature, a chant to life. Piety and awe, solemnity and epic, all condensed in the song like poetry. Sister T's voice is loud and high, and in the opening scene, she can bring people into an immersive space, and it also sings a sense of holiness that cannot be desecrated.
