State management cadres are announced before they are appointed

Song Zexiang, male, Han ethnicity, member of the Communist Party of China, born in July 1975, place of origin, birthplace of Guizhou Wong'an, joined the work in October 1995, the provincial party school degree, is currently a member of the Standing Committee of the Prefecture Discipline Inspection Commission, a member of the Prefecture Supervision Commission, the secretary general of the Prefecture Discipline Inspection Commission, a third-level researcher, and plans to serve as a county-level leader of the prefecture-level unit.
Liu Nanxiang, male, Han ethnicity, member of the Communist Party of China, born in September 1974, born in Zibo, Shandong, born in Zunyi, Guizhou, joined the work in October 1994, on-the-job university degree (master of law), is currently a member of the party group of the prefecture people's procuratorate, deputy procurator general, and intends to serve as a county-level leader of the prefecture-level unit.
Wu Minghong, male, Han ethnicity, member of the Communist Party of China, born in February 1970, place of origin, birthplace of Longli, Guizhou, joined the work in September 1991, graduated from the Party School of the Provincial Party Committee, is currently the deputy director of the Sixth Review and Investigation Office of the Prefecture Discipline Inspection Commission and the First-level Chief Section Member, and intends to serve as a deputy county-level leader of the prefecture-level unit.
Lu Yuyi, male, shui ethnicity, member of the Communist Party of China, born in May 1968, born in Dushan, Guizhou, joined the work in December 1988, on-the-job university degree, is currently the president of the second civil division of the prefecture intermediate people's court, a senior judge of the fourth level, and plans to serve as a deputy county-level leader of the prefecture-level unit.
Hu Zhi, male, Han ethnicity, member of the Communist Party of China, born in July 1976, born in Hechuan, Chongqing, joined the work in January 2000, on-the-job university degree, is currently the chief engineer of the Prefecture Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau (Prefecture Comprehensive Administrative Law Enforcement Bureau), and intends to serve as the deputy county-level leader of the state-level unit.
Zhang Xueliang, male, Buyi ethnicity, member of the Communist Party of China, born in May 1980, place of origin, birthplace of Duyun, Guizhou, joined the work in September 2002, on-the-job university degree, is currently the chief of the resource planning and development and rural cultural tourism section of the Prefecture Bureau of Culture, Radio, Television and Tourism (Prefecture Sports Bureau), and plans to serve as the deputy county-level leader of the state-level unit.
Lei Yuan, male, Miao, member of the Communist Party of China, born in January 1985, place of origin, birthplace of Guizhou Tianzhu, joined the work in July 2008, university degree (Bachelor of Arts), is currently the secretary of the state party committee office section chief, the first level director of the section, to be appointed as the deputy county-level leadership position of the prefecture direct unit.
Liu Tianhe, male, Han ethnicity, member of the Communist Party of China, born in November 1979, place of origin, place of birth in Duyun, Guizhou, joined the work in August 2004, on-the-job graduate degree (master of economics), is currently the head of teaching management of the accounting department of Qiannan Vocational and Technical College for Nationalities, and intends to serve as the deputy county-level leader of the state-affiliated colleges and universities.
