As one of the important activities of the Haiju Talents Innovation and Entrepreneurship Summit, this concert invited outstanding groups and artists in the art world to use the pleasing form and moving melody of the beauty of science and art to comfort shanghai's outstanding scientific and technological workers and other high-level talents. More than ten academicians, including Ye Shuhua and Chen Saijuan, attended the concert.
Before the concert began, Hu Wenrong, member of the Standing Committee of the Municipal Party Committee and director of the Organization Department, Cao Yuanfeng, deputy director of the Organization Department of the Municipal Party Committee, and Xu Feng, secretary of the Municipal Science and Technology Party Committee, presented awards to Ding Wenjiang and other "most beautiful scientific and technological workers" in Shanghai in 2021, calling on the majority of scientific and technological workers to learn from the "most beautiful scientific and technological workers", inherit and carry forward the spirit of scientists, and make new and greater contributions to Shanghai's accelerated construction of a scientific and technological innovation center with global influence.
The concert was conducted by the Shanghai Chen Xieyang Music Center Symphony Orchestra by conductor Jiang Xiaopeng, led by famous composers Chen Gang, singers Han Peng and He Xiaonan.
The lawn concert of the Science Hall has been successfully held 15 times, and has become a scientific and cultural brand project serving high-level talents in Shanghai, and is widely loved by the majority of scientific and technological workers.
More than 400 people attended the event, including honorary members, consultants, vice chairmen, standing committee members, societies (associations and research associations) affiliated to the Municipal Association for Science and Technology, district science and technology associations, and representatives of grass-roots units.
